We left on Friday and drove most of the way to Ocala, FL where we stayed in a hotel so we could get up fairly early and get to the park. Ya gotta get your money's worth in the parks, right?
Saturday morning after breakfast we headed south and arrived around 10:00 to our resort! We stayed in Port Orleans-French Quarter, which is our favorite of the moderate resorts. This was our (myself and Rob) third time staying here. It's such a quaint little resort and SO quiet which is nice!
You can tell how excited we were to FINALLY get to our resort!
After getting checked in at our resort, we headed to Magic Kingdom (because of course the castle is the first thing the girls wanted to see)

We also got to meet Kellie's favorite, Ariel in her new grotto. The girls LOVED meeting the characters and getting autographs.
Our first day in the Magic Kingdom was good and our week only got better! We kept our first day rather short since we had a packed day planned for the next day!
